The Cottage sits a stone's throw from the beach with sea views from all bedrooms. Located in the tranquil hamlet of Normans Bay, part of the Pevensey Levels, The Cottage can be accessed by a private 'no through' road on the beach.  The shingle alley that runs between two houses opposite is private, parted owned by the cottage, giving guests quick access to and from the beach. The Cottage offers fabulous family accommodation and can sleep up to 7 guests using a single futon in the Games Room.  The interiors are fresh and themed in a coastal fashion and offers plenty of space for family gatherings or couple's get-a-ways.  Downstairs there is a family room and a sitting room and a large open plan kitchen/dining area with a wood burning stove.  Sliding doors from the dining room open onto the terrace and well-tended garden where there is a Games Room with full sized table tennis and darts board.  Guests have use of the double kayak with oars but please bring your own life jackets. There is a ground floor shower room, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach and there are two double bedrooms, one twin and bathroom on the first floor.  The Cottage welcomes two dogs but on the beach they must be on leads in front of the properties that overlook the sea but either side, dogs can be off-lead. You can walk along the beach at low tide to The Cooden Beach Hotel which is dog friendly in the bar area and you can catch the train home, it's only one stop! The property is perfectly placed for a quintessential beach holiday but also offers a great location for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and sightseeing, all along this lovely coastal stretch of Sussex.  Shop: 2 miles  Pub: 0.6 miles  Coast: 0 miles
