North Gardens is a pretty bow fronted Regency cottage with small patio tucked away in the heart of Brighton, making it the perfect base for your city centre holiday. Boasting two off road car parking spaces, this cottage is easily accessible by car and is also very near to the station, with regular services taking you to London in one hour. From here you can explore the famous character filled North Laine area of Brighton and The Lanes or spend the day soaking up the sun on the popular pebbled beaches, there is so much to do in Brighton & Hove that you will never be bored. Cosy cottage in an excellent location: a quiet street but just an easy walk to the station, buses around the city and close to the Laines and The Pavilion. The off street parking is a fantastic advantage to this property.

Great location - right opposite the Caxton Arms pub! When we stupidly locked ourselves out of the house, Best of Brighton reacted well (both from Norfolk office and locally) and Carol from the Brighton office restored access as quickly as possible. Off street parking was a great plus. Great location - easy walking distance to everywhere.
We really enjoyed our stay; the cottage is a very convenient and nice base to come back to. The offroad parking is especially useful in central Brighton, plus the cottage is well laid out and equipped. The Caxton Arms over the road was a particular pleasure - very welcoming and very dog friendly. Overall, a most enjoyable stay. Thanks
