Welcome to Sillwood Townhouse. Built in the 1840s the house features high ceilings with original cornices, glass panelled Victorian doors and a wonderful original curved staircase. This beautifully presented family home is in central Brighton. Located a three minute walk away from the pebbled beaches and with a view of the British Airways i360 from the front door you really are in the heart of everything. Spread across three floors this spacious house has plenty of room for six to eight guests and is well suited to families and groups of friends alike. The lower ground floor is dedicated to a modern open plan kitchen and dining room - perfect for dining and entertaining - and has a pretty patio garden which is perfect for enjoying the morning sun with a coffee. Its three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping accommodation and a comfortable night's sleep will be had by all. Within walking distance of the house you have all the attractions, shops, and restaurants that Brighton has to offer and Brighton mainline station is just under a mile away Coast: 0.2 miles, Shop: 0.1 miles, Pub: 0.1 miles.

“This property has two great advantages. The first is location - town centre, Lanes, takeaways, chain and local organic supermarkets one way, the seafront seconds away the other. The second is the property itself. It is spacious, warm and cosy. Layout is great, with two excellent communal spaces - cosy lounge and large open-plan kitchen diner. Decor all over is interesting and classy. Only downside is needing to use a car park but this is pretty normal if you want to be close to Brighton seafront. Car park is close and very, very secure. Key pick-up was quick and easy (although would still prefer a key-box). Communication around leaving times was excellent. All in all a superb not just as base for Brighton, but in which to spend high quality downtime. Highly recommended.”
