LGBTQ+ Pride (2nd August)
Once described by Lonely Planet as ‘one of the best Pride events in the world’ - the day is certainly one not to be missed. A great day out for all - Kylie Monogue and Clean Bandit are set to play at this years Pride in the Park. The event accommodates for all including children. The ‘One Family’ Diversity area is designed to create a fun child friendly atmosphere. The space is full of activities, such as children’s entertainers and face painters. Both families and children can participate in the Children’s Pride Parade and create their own costume. The parade itself starts at 11am on the seafront - do not miss out!
Fancy doing something active? Why not try Pier Pressure an escape room located on Upper North Street. A 60 minute treasure hunt testing your team work, logical thinking and creativity! It’s suitable for everyone and all ages, from a family get together or birthday celebration they will have a theme that will cater to your group!
An excellent choice for a night out with a group of friends or family. For over twenty years Komedia has been the city’s premier live entertainment centre. Brighton City Sightseeing
Take a tour of the whole of Brighton from the top of a double decker bus this summer. Discover the many charms of the city along the way including the Royal Pavilion, North Laine - Brighton’s bohemian shopping district, the history of the Regency architecture, Brighton Pier and much more! The tour starts at Brighton Pier at 10am, catch the bus from any of the 12 bus stops which depart hourly.
